system dosent meet minimum system requirnment error while installing intel hd 4000 graphics drivers

i have dell inspiron 3521. configuration : ram 4gb. hard disk 500gb. processer i5 dual core. os windows 8. graphics radeon hd switchable and intel hd 4000 integrated. i have downloaded intel drivers from dell website and tried to installing them but i failed. while installing it i got error saying: "SYSTEM DOSEN'T MEET MINIMUM REQUIRMENT ". please help me....and yes that drivers are made for my system...
