Dell XPS 13 Windows 8.1 blurry text problem

I just got my Dell XPS 13 two days ago and the text is blurry with Chrome, some Windows screens and some other programs like Spotify.

How can this problem be solved? 

I already tried updating the Video Drivers, the latest release i found for XPS 13 was dated October 2013.
