Dell XPS L502x Nvidia Geforce GT 525M

I have a Dell XPS L502x with the Nvidia Geforce GT 525M.  I first noticed an issue when I was not able to output through HDMI.  Then I have noticed that the Device Manager shows the yellow triangle for my Nvidia Geforce GT 525M.  It shows Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) as the device status.  As a possible related note, I see the same yellow triangle on a device High Definition Audio Device.  It shows This device cannot start. (Code 10) as the device status.  I have tried multiple versions of the driver both from Dell and Nvidia.  Nothing makes the video card work.

I have contacted Dell and they tell me it is a software problem.  They will not help me troubleshoot the driver error without me paying for software support.  I am not a novice but cannot find any solutions to the issue.  I have used the Nvidia drivers and done a clean install of the newer drivers.  I have tried uninstalling the hardware and installing again.  I have tried to use the Nvidia control panel but it will not start because there is no display attached to the graphics card.  The motherboard was replaced under warranty a few months back due to a USB issue.  I do not know if replacement caused this issue or if the new board has a graphics issue.

If anyone has any experience with this issue, the help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Robert
