I hope someone can help as we are struggling. Our stock company laptop is the Latitude E6540, out of the box it works fine with Lync 2013. When we image the laptop using SCCM 2012 we then start to have problems. When placing Lync video calls, our video appears extremely choppy and frequently hangs, or doesn't even start on one end, the other end appears fine. This happens only when connected solely to a LAN cable, over Wifi it works as we would expect.
Straight away this prompted us to check driver versions, we have gone back to a brand new E6540 and installed the same drivers on our imaged laptop, yet still we have the same problem. The network card that we are using is an Intel I217-LM. I have tried new drivers, old drivers and various different settings within the card, yet none appear to work.
We've also removed all windows updates applied to our image, and anti virus software. The only difference now is the stock laptop has Win 7 Pro installed and the image has Win 7 Enterprise
Has anyone else come across this issue, or have any suggestions that I can try?
