DELL 3537 AMD GRAPHIC CARD NOT SHOWING IN DXDIAG

Hi,

I recently got Dell laptop it has AMD Radeon 8850m 2gb Graphic Card. But when i see in DXDIAG , it is not showing up and also when I Play GTA 4, it lags a lot and crashes up. Please help how to activate the AMD Radeon Card.
