I have two new Dell E6430's, both are having the same issue. When the laptop is docked, lid closed and powered on, neither monitor activates. Only when I power off, then open laptop lid and power back on will I see the boot cycle on the laptop screen, it will then replicate to the monitors. I'm using the new port replicator with two digital outputs. When I use the older model replicator with one digital and one analog, the laptop will boot to the analog and then when windows screen pops up, rolls over to digital monitor (as it should). I've loaded all windows updates and drivers for intel vidoe and nvidia as the nvidia driver will not load without the intel done first. I've also loaded chipset, system utilities and verified bios is current.
Has anyone ran into this issue or have ideas I might be missing?
