INsPIRON 15R sE 7520 7730M GPU PCI EXPREss sPEED 2.0 X8 ( HALF OF OLD TYPE PC )

im using

Im using inspiron 7520. 

its have radeon 7730m gpu. its connected pci exress but working pci express 2.0 x8.

this is half of old computer. it must be minimal 2.0 x16 its standart. im using ivy bridge but pci express broken.

pls release bios or file patch.

pls advice!
