Getting Miracast Working on a Inspiron 11 3137

I have a question about getting Miracast working on a Dell Inspirion 11 3137.  It has Windows 8.1.  I have performed all updates.  I don't see an option to add a wireless monitor.  As I understand it Miracast is suppose to work with most wireless cards.  My PC has the Dell 1705 wireless card.  Why doesn't it work?  What do I need to do to get it to work?  This can be a real selling point for Windows 8.1 and Dell laptops.

I have a Samsung Smart TV.  If I turn it on my TV shows up under 'Digital Media Devices' in Device Manager.  I can play a movie on my TV from my laptop.  So this is basically doing something similar to Miracast.
