Latitude 10 screen orientation issue Windows 8

I've just received my new Latitude 10 with Windows 8 and the screen refuses to rotate when held in the correct landscape orientation. (Windows button at bottom, camera at top) so the screen stays upside down.  Portrait works, upside works, just not standard orientation.  The screen rotation lock is not on, I've restarted the device, but still no joy.

Any one have any idea?
