I have an issue with a Dell Studio 1535 laptop, when I boot the laptop the left and right media buttons are solid with the middle one flashing. No display showing on laptop screen, However when I boot using and external monitor, the computer boots flawlessly and with no issues.The OS is running Windows Vista Home.
I plan on doing a factory image restore on it regardless of the laptop screen problem but I would like to fix the laptop screen issue first if possible. Maybe a restore would fix the issue but I am not sure that would be wise using an external monitor...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
