Latitude 10 - upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro 32 bit - display does not rotate at all - stuck in the landscape mode.
BIOS updated to A08 from 21/10/2013
Intel Chipset Driver 9.14.3.1168 from 20/11/2013
Pressing AutoRotate on/off button does not display any message on the screen - as it used to.
Ran Rotation Calibration Tool for motherboard replacement services from Command Prompt in Admin mode.
stmicrosensorhubtool.exe /acc_cal -auto
and got the following message:
No ST Sensor Hub is detected.
Rang Dell Support. They told me this is because of Windows 8.1 being new operating system and they do not have correct display driver for Latitude 10 yet ??????
I agreed to reset it to factory settings. As I updated to Windows 8.1 from the Windows store, I get a message - some of the files are missing, insert media.
According to Dell support, they will send me a CD with Windows 8 to create a USB to restore the tablet to factory settings.
